Barrel Segments
We offer segmented Barrels in rectangular & cylindrical shape to our clients which are manufactured using quality steel. Further, it also has wear resistant liners that are made using tool alloy steel and high speed steel. The barrels are specifically designed with Vacuum Hardened, Plasma Nitrided and Ground Finished for high-speed wear resistance. 

Barrels are available in three types:-

  • Bi-Metalic Barrel
  • Barrels with liners (Sleevs)
  • Solid Nitriding Alloy Steel 

All barrel segments are liquid colled with close loope circuit.

Salient Features:

  • Sleeves are replaceable on being damaged.
  • All barrels are interchangeable.
  • Provided with water-cooling to control friction heat actuated by solenoid valves.
