We also manufacture Liner Barrels (Sleeve Type) that are manufactured using quality raw material. The outer body of the barrel is made from alloy steel and the inner body is made from tool alloy steel & high wear resistance M-35 Steel. thus, making it high wear resistant for abrasive polymers like Nylon with glass filled, PC, Antifabs and toners. Further, the Liner is treated with vacuum hardened, plasma nitriding and Cryogenic thus, ensuring hardness of the core, ultra surface hardness & close molecules. Specifically designed the barrel is available with water circulation jacket to control friction heat.
